1. Definitions
- Company: Refers to the organization or platform hosting customer art.
- Customer: Refers to the individual submitting their art to the platform.
- Art: Includes any visual, digital, or physical creations submitted by customers.
2. Submission and Use of Art
- By submitting art to the platform, the customer agrees to the following:
- The company has the right to use the submitted art for marketing purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and advertisements.
- The company may modify, crop, or resize the art as necessary for marketing purposes.
- The customer retains ownership of the original art, but grants the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the art.
- The company will credit the artist whenever possible when using their art for marketing purposes.
3. Prohibited Content
- The following types of art are strictly prohibited:
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or any material that violates applicable laws or community guidelines.
- Hate speech, violence, or harmful content.
- Art that infringes on intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of copyrighted material).
- Any illegal or unethical content.
4. Removal of Art
- The company reserves the right to remove any art that violates these terms and conditions.
- Customers will be notified if their art is removed, along with the reason for removal.
- Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Disclaimers
- The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of customer art.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with legal and ethical standards.
